Short-term joint staff training under the project “Young managers of effective career development”

In the end of February 2018 the Short-term joint staff training events within the project YMEC № 2016-2-BG01-KA205-023931, under the Erasmus + Program, took place in Lublin, Poland. The aim of the activity was to discuss part of the training content for output IO2 (training course for youth workers) and intellectual outputs developed in the project.
The training activity was 5 days and was carried out with 14 participants during the period from 26 February – 02 March 2018.
The consortium members with the most experience in the specific topic at hand delivered the specific contents, and the knowledge transferred to those who are less experienced in the specific area. The participation of trainers from the labour market representatives was of high importance to assure the project’s objectives of fostering a more efficient communication between youth workers and businesses and contributed to increasing the relevance of the training course material of IO2 to better preparation of youth workers.
The added value of this training activity was that it assured the outputs meet the user needs. It also contributed to achieving a higher impact within the consortium members since this peer-to-peer learning stimulated the exchange of experiences between the consortium members and was positively influence in the effective adoption of the learnt into the partner institutions’ methodologies.
Each participant in the training passed a theory exam and practical exam and was certified to conduct VCC standard training session in Manager .
